I-pod adds

 

Each were created by using live trace of an athelete which had it's contrast manipulated in Photoshop to acquire a 2 toned image. The logoes were also live traced and everything else was made in illustrator.

This hazard sign is created using the pen tool, and rounded square tool.

This facebook logo is done is mostly the same way, but pathfiner was used to cut out the circular shape.

This was also done with the pen tool and pathfiner, to remove the middle C and punchout the star. Opacity was then changed to produce this effect.

This aperture was created using 4 elliptical circles. These were made into a live paint object and painted in monotonous colors. These were later ungrouped, similar colors were merged, and a gradient was applied to those colors.

 

This vector cherry was created using the pen tool and colored using the mesh tool. The original image was kept for sampling colors. 

Drawing emotions

This lesson we had to convey emotions in pencil without words or symbols, and using only grey lead.

These are a few examples or mine, modified somewhat in photoshop. In order they are Anger, anxiety, confidence, lust, fear, love and frustration. (most guessed correctly)
